Service Eligibility

Booking & Payment

• Services may be booked online, by phone, or by email.
• Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Accepted payment methods: Credit/debit card, ACH transfer, and approved digital payment platforms.

Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the appointment may be refunded in full.
• Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee.
• If a notarization cannot be completed due to client failure to present valid ID, no refund will be issued.

Right to Refuse Service

• Identification cannot be verified.
• The request involves illegal activity.
• The signer appears unwilling, coerced, or unable to understand the transaction.
